F30 mirror problem

I've got a 2015 f30

With the electric tilting mirror

As I've read the passenger mirror is supposed to tilt down as the gear is put in reverse

Mine does not do that regardless on which side the mirror adjuster is put

either the hardware is kaput or your coding could be deactivated.
You need to check on the following codes
1) Mirror tilt on reverse
2) Mirror tilt value on reverse

u can't check it on your own....either find someone or a ws that does coding or try asking the car agent
