Hi, the E92 was not designed to let u push down the seats twice. Once u push it down for the pax to get in, that's it. To get out, the pax need to climb out of the sunroof. Thats why BMW designed a sunroof. Hope this helps and happy motoring

hi, yes you have unusual problem in that you didn't want the sunroof. In this case, I would suggest for the 1st time u have rear pax, he/she breaks the rear windscreen and then climb out from behind. Boot not hot so its ok. In order not to have repeated glass change, its advisable to just cover the rear using clear plastic cover. U can pretend its a cabrio as well. Win win.
