Used to drive a space grey 523 (E60) till last month but driving a white jetta now
There is another grey Pre FL E60 523 at blk 652 thou never had chance to talk to the owner
Never saw 335 here but i know there is a 1M at the same carpark

a bit diff in comfort but pick up much faster for that little twin charged lump
after few months of driving, the downgrade factor starts to be more apparent
dealer ... no worry, will not be/dun bother to go bang table

my 523 was good till 5yrs / 170k km
after that I spent $15k ++ on repair over 6 months doing gear box valve body, engine top overhaul, radiator, hose item by item
during that 6mths period starting 1Q 2012 I was searching for a replacement
new 3 too new and too expensive
520 not powerful enuff + tiak tiak 535 too expensive
too new (less than 2yr) used car not worth it cos coe so low but asking sky high price
too old used car = my 523
the last straw was when my steering rack goes up lorry
so drove my weird feeling car to vw check out golf
golf was at end of life cycle
Passat not here not there
Passat cc price... might as well get 3er
seems like I have to get something out asap
so went for jetta against advise of many friends
this car is not what I wanted but only to tide me thru this high coe period
did not even mod the car cos I dun love it and dunno how long will it stay with me
it is something with 4 wheels that can let me do my job
whenever I see a nice looking F10 I

booked on 11 nov 2012 and got it 27 nov 2012 told salesman I want my car in 2 weeks before signing on the dotted line
read from vasg forum that jetta also few months wait till oct 2012 when they cleared their backlog
golf waiting time can be understood cos new model, demand of it so good throughout the whole world

i repaired the steering rack before selling
and one day before i was supposed to hand over my car the aircon not cold
so i topped up aircon gas and sent it on its way :shhhh:

Sibei jia lat man. At first i looking at jetta also. My wife f me straight on my face n say no. Then look at f20. Ok bt after few months cannot tahan cos baby gal cum liao. Too small size. Kana f again. Told me buy f10. Too ex liao. So go wif f30. Ytd saw f10 at carpark. Kana f again. F10 is my dream car. Bt do it slowly.
