I asked PML previously about retrofitting the pre-LCI xenons and they weren't very encouraging. At one point they told me it was roughly 10k (not true!).... madness... Probably no incentive for them to push the parts.

last I asked was 5.4K after 20% discount. cos labour cost can't take advantage of that 20%.
alternatively, talk to Mike. he had ideas how to do it more cost effectively and not void any warranty.
