Beware of this seller name marketclear / marketclear 1 - 96529318
Good Day to all watch lovers, im starting this new thread to pre-warn buyers/interested buyers of this seller nick ( Marketclear/Marketclear1 ) which is still currently active in this forum selling couple of watches.

I had brought a Pam O series from this bugger abt 9 mths ago at a price of 5.6k, before closing the deal we exchange Q&A and was told he was the first owner of the mentioned watch that come with complete set but missing of warranty card. as the mentioned Pam was brought overseas it also came with receipt from watches of Switzerland so I arrange a meet up with him to close the deal. when the day arrived, we and my friend check the watch and papers/boxes etc as this is the first time im buying a time piece with zero experience, check the watch and true enough was it almost brand new condition and we closed the deal. As im someone that rather bo chap, the watch soon got scratches and during dec, I accompany my friend to JW to collect his watch and at the same time I wanted JW to access the damage of the watch for polishing quotation, im shocked to hear from him that my watch might be a Fake watch but he cant confirmed at the spot so he requested me to bring along all the boxes/receipt etc so as to have a confirmation. went down the next day with everything and let JW to have a detail check from cert, boxes to the watch and found out that its all FAKE. JW even show me the time piece and cert from his shop to highlight the difference between the 2. Was very upset regarding the result but at the same time thinking that at least I know the Pam im wearing daily is a Fake watch... Called my friend and seek his assistance to locate the seller as I happen to have save his contact, manage to locate the bugger as he is still selling couple of watches in the forum. my friend posed as an interested buyer for 1 of his time piece and arrange a meet up with him. time and locate is fixed and we proceed down without delay. Rch the location and I parked my car in the carpark and advised my friends to meet him first and I will show up at a later time to settle the issue with him. after abt 15mins I went up to look for them and the seller first look at me and he can remember me. I just sat down and informed him that this meet up was made up so that I can meet him face to face to settle the Fake watch which he sold to me. proceed to show his the receipt from JW stating watch is a FAKE and requested him to refund me the 5.6k which I had paid for the watch inorder to settle this matter peacefully. To my surprised he told me he brought this watch from a seller for just 1 mth and he sold it to me and he didn't know its a fake watch. We rebutted that its not wat he told us when we first met, he can still say is it, did I say that I cant remember. he keep saying that he will need to get back his money from the seller before he can pay me back which I dun agreed to that as this is 2 different issue. End up had to called the police to make a report of this bugger. He even say JW receipt is not from maker so it can be fake or I swopped the watch which he sold to me. This made me even mad as who will be so free to create this issue with so many troubles. In the end I sent in to Pam at ION to ask for servicing of the watch, few days later received email and ph call from pam that the watch I sent in is FAKE. So to me this bugger is a scammer who sold FAKE watch.

Re: FAKE PAM O watches....

Watch experts in the forum, am I right to say that u can fake a watch but u can't fake the movement, hence buying watches with see thru back are normally safe.

Movement can be replicated too

Re: FAKE PAM O watches....

Bottomline is, when buying watches from someone, go deal at the authorised service center for verification before paying. Buying from grey market, go to reputable ones. When buying BMW, go to PML to verify if it's a M or yaM.

Re: FAKE PAM O watches....

Is 5.6k the market price for Panarai now ? Price drop quite a lot especially if the one he bought can see all the internal moving parts type or the troublesome one that needs to wind every week .......

You can get a Chinese tourbillon for less than 1k nowadays. It too can be fitted into a replica watch.

$5.6k's cheaper than going rate. Probably attraction for him to buy that watch

Re: FAKE PAM O watches....

Now everything can be copy, nothing is impossible to China. Pam watches easily can be copy but I dont see any original pam going at 5plus.
To get stuff from unknown seller, best is to bring in the watch to agent before purchase

Mayb the fella got super lobang can get 5+ after discount for pam. :D

Re: FAKE PAM O watches....

If not wrong, it's 111 model therefore very generic ETA movement not inhouse. Strange thing is that it's glass back so can easily see movement to compare. Sometimes buyers need to invest just a bit more time and can clearly see the fakes.
