Done it. Front is PnP almost. Rear a bit more tricky. Correct, a good workshop is a must.
Now scrapping car and brake kits up for sale
 
Hi bumping up this old thread, anyone knows if the stock 320i rotors will fit the brake?

Stock 320i rotors will not fit M3 brakes.
 
thanks, so i need M3 rotors and are the rotors P&G?

The entire carrier have to be changed. Suspensions would be affected also. And the master cylinder needs to be swapped also.

For the e90 320i easier to just take the 335i pads, rotors and calipers. Direct swap front and rear.

You will lose parking brake. But if you swap the rear carriers from the 335i over - parking brake will be ok.
