Ford goes after fan site...wtf?

Can you believe that? They have somewhere around 11,000 members. You would think ford would applaud them for being a fan site and club based around their vehicles. Instead they send them a cease and desist letter telling them to hand over the domain and pay up $5k or they're gonna sue...:yikess::yikess:

those carmakers staff skull too thick or what.
its these very fan sites which keep their sales coming.
without car enthusiasts, there would be no brand loyalty or interest.
who the heck would want to buy their brand of cars then??
