Do you have to log in each and every time you leave the forum (close the web page)?

I do not have such an issue on my computer, using both IE8 and Chrome, version 8.0.7601.17514 64bit edition (refuse to upgrade) and version 33.0.1750.154 respectively.

No idea on smart phone because I seldom surf using smartphone.

Do clear your cache and try it out again. Let me know if all is good for ya...

Too much clutter. You dun need the segregation, you dun get so many posts. Folders, sub forums are passé. Keep it simple, reduce Think google, apple
