Actually, was thinking why the mall management didn't close the entry to the car park and enable the other stranded drivers to re-route and exit via the entrance. I guess parking fees meant more to the mall that the pissed off bunch of trapped drivers. Should have just let everyone out free and bill all charges to the woman.
