The levels are like ...

Work Permit > S Pass > Employment Pass

or like....

Construction Worker > Site Supervisor > Management Level

Not so atas > Pay Like A Typical Dip Holder > Atas and Pay more than a Deg holder

Yeap. I got two friends.Both teaching and are in first class honours on admins service scheme. 1 was promoted to asst director ( Vice principal) rank by his 3rd year and seconded to Min of Manpower. The other 1 is a LKY award recipient - 1st year teacher, 2nd year subject head, 3rd year dept head.

Employment pass - Q1 $3000 minimum or P1 $8000 min, P2 $4500 min
SPass fixed income $2000 min, min diploma or degree. No. Of job experienced.
Work Permit - depend on your boss want you or not...
