Due to relocation, I am forced to sell off my 2003 BMW E46 330i sedan. Very low mileage of 75400km as seldom used. 1 transfer only. Completely stock except for the M-tech kit and the Breyton rims (Made in Germany) which was installed about 6 months back as intended to extend the COE when it runs out. The HID lights are original to the car and come as standard equipment. Original paintwork and accident free. The current paper value as at 01st April is $42.2k and I am selling the car at $53k so very minimal losses as this is 65% PARF. Details listed below. Just curious what's the body value for a 8yrs old E46 ? I remember many years back my old 8yrs old W124 Merc E200 body only worth $3K when scrap. If exporter is offering you $10K for your E46, I think better grab it fast

That is no hard and fast rule on the body value. Depends on demand and supply:) The E200 was a very common car, I do believe the E300 could have fetch a much better price than the commonly seen E200?

Lots of cars on the market selling way way above paper value. :)

Checkout SGCarmart.
Lots of cars can even be some 40-50k above paper... surprising eh.
That's the way the market works.

Anything above 8yrs mark is like negligible body value, unless it's a exotic make which people want to keep for COE renewal. 5th year mark has the highest body value, 6th to 7th yrs old not much but still got some value, many overseas market not taking. Merc/BMW carbrio/convertible command very high body value overseas even if it is beyond 5th year mark @ $20K to $40K body depend on which model

wah lucky i checked out here. Wanted to get in touch with her over that car. I guess she's trying to flip it? So she bought it for 53k? wonder if i can nego. lol
