For sale: a set of brand new portable GPS - Packard Bell Compasseo 600.

I'm selling cos I blur blur bought 1 extra set by mistake for someone who doesn't need it anymore. i don't need it cos i already have one.

This is a true GPS good for car navigation using 20 channel satellite integrated receiver unlike those using GPRS on phones like N95 which charges using GPRS rate and slow like hell!

You also get pre-loaded Spore and Msia maps with free update for 1 year from the time you register. The current date of the map in this device is 21 Aug 07... that's how new it is!

I've tested before i bought and this device can pick up my current location in a few seconds!

As shown from the One.Motoring website, usual retail price is S$988.

I'm selling it at $570 still in the box in its original form, plastic wrapper, screen protector film etc... the full package, Including warranty card (with dealer chop but no date stamp).

No bargain pls as this is really as low as it can get... help me recover some of my cost lah...

its mentioned on the site that S$988 is the usual price..with discount of S$200 which turns out to be S$788. On top of that, regardless whether its new or used, prices would depreciate almost the same level, because ultimately no one would know if it's used or not.

Agree, which is why i'm stating the fact and i'm asking only $570.

I guaranty it's brand new, but it's up to the genuine buyer to make that judgement based on the packaging and condition... so, are you interested?

Hi Patrick - I tried SMS you a few times but no response. Let me know how we can arrange to meet. I understand you may need to have some hands-on to be comfortable... let me know. My no. is 9760-6820.

THe GPS on Nokia N 95 uses A GPS which is NOT GPRS, on top of normal sattelite lock.With the addition of AGPS, in the last release of the software, you can even get a lock indoors close to windows in under 30seconds. just to clarify no offence ....

No offence taken. Tks for pointing out. i was under the impression that the Nokia 6110 is the one with AGPS and thus more true form as a navigator than that of N95 which uses HSPDA 3.5G.

i may be wrong but my personal experience with the N95 as a GPS wasn't a positive one. It's a fantastic all-in-one phone but not really strong in the GPS department IMHO.
