I repeat - play as a TEAM.... it was passing game and link-up play, not INDIVIDUAL brilliance, that won the game.

the best method is not or beh som. all kelong one. just pick 2 similar guys n let them choose one each. prob faster than OBS.

that will spur u to improve. n thats the only way to gtee fair teams week in week out. otherwise u b captain every week lor.

There is no fairness in the game.... you were given a chance to pick 2 players after the Orh Pay Som last night.....

If you want an equitable scoreline, the teams must be similar in technical competence and skillset. Same type of defensive qualities, same type of attacking flair. Very difficult to split that way. And we are assuming two teams. If three, lagi messy.

If you want a better split of commitment, say you were frustrated not just with the scoreline but the attitude of team-mates, split the team in terms of aggressive profile versus relak-relak type, both sides happy..... again, someone mentioned that this is not fair too.

So how? Bring a beanie bag with 2/3 colours of bean-bags inside, all draw colours..... then every 15 mins change men........ then again, who is to be changed?

Oh, BTW, the only way to improve the game is to ask..........

"How many successful passes I made tonight? How many mistakes I made? Same mistake as last week ?"

NOT

By that yardstick, I have an ok game then.. wasn't dispossessed that many times... I think.

Nvm, next week I will concentrate on passing like Magic Johnson!

8 vs 8 or 7 vs 7 on that turf ground, PASSING and BALL POSSESSION is the way to play, not dribbling aimlessly.......
