Much more enjoyable winning on a team effort basis then individual efforts.

That means win/lose, do it as a team. Attack and defend together. Put your mind to that test - "if I can commit the energy and zest to dribble and shoot and attack, IF I LOSE POSSESSION, I should own the responsibility to fight for the possession again. If I care only about playing in one half, and leave the dirty jobs to my teammates, I am only half a player."

That's futsal, not 11-a-side soccer. The best games are won by simple passes.
