If we play winner stay, y not scrap the "out" also? More competitive and gives opposition better drive to win the ball. It didnt feel good when i kept kicking the ball out last night. Fahrin n Zhiming must have wasted alot of energy lol

Suggested before.

The other suggestion - 20 to 25 players should play 5-a-side on 2 small courts. Optimal player per court, 5 on 5. Maximises the play time. 10 min slot, then swap, assuming 4 teams. If 5 teams, then play mini-league system, only 5 players sitting sideline at any time. If 20 players, all get to play.

Else, restrict number of players to 18-21, knowing that minimum 14 is required to start. Earlier sign-ups will never have negative effects, it helps planning. Late sign-ups can be discouraged by a cut-off threshold.

Aiyo i never talk abt the 22 players thing. I feel always kick the ball out is damn pussy.

Rgd the 22 players, i too suggest limiting registration to max 21. Just nice 7 a side and good workout time.

Its difficult to limit players, if anyone who doesnt sign up comes, u dun let him play? As for playin small court also boring. We have been playin big court for quite sometimes, suddenly play small court no fun liao. Conclusion - Just try our best to fit in everyone to play lor.

Limiting players: 1 or 2 excess, it's fine. It is good to have early sign-ups, so when the numbers look like 15, organisers can get 1- 3 more players to make the numbers. But when this happens, and those who did not sign up show up, the total number will be messed up again.

Big court vs small court - depends on objective. if we have 20 players and above, and since we are all paying for 2-hour playtime, having 5-a-side on two small courts might not be a bad idea for optimal play time. At least all get to play if 20 players show up. Else, at any time, 6-7 players are sitting outside, doing nothing, saved for the moment some China chick showed up like last night. If the objective is to have ample play time, then this is the solution to 20+ players. If playing big field is the objective, then limit players.
