G30 white smoke come out of exhaust.

Hi all,
my G30 recently got lot of white smoke came of the exhaust, and also consume engine oil? Every week also need to topup 1L of engine oil.

the engine was overhauling in April, due to last owner drive until overheated.

anyone could advise? Attached pictures of the white smoke coming out of exhaust.

most likely Internal engine oil leaking into the combustion area. most noticeable on mornings after a long period of inactivity.
could be the gaskets - expensive parts and lot of work
could be valve seals - cheap parts but a lot of work
??
can contact any of the site sponsors for assistance. Did mine at one of site sponsors.
tried using high heat glue, use special formulated engine oil additives to seal, changed gaskets etc
all no use until changed the cheapo valve seals!!

Yours could be different reason so better to have them checked and changed. Or for better peace of mind, change all. Good luck!
