I am looking to buy a cheap GPS for my 2nd car, any comments on the Nuvi 200?

The magic of the sirfstar3 is speed of lockon and sustainability of signal. The 200 is far lesser in that respect. The price difference is small.
And remember always, bigger is now almost always not better. Smaller screen gives you better battery life if you're not connected to a lighter circuit. And smaller GPS screen always means more viewing area.
The GPS is put away when lock the car, right? Don't want someone to break window to steal GPSmrericlee;281827 said:Battery life is not really an issue. Just hardwire it to your car.
Total cost was RM2.50 for a cigarette lighter adapter and RM5 for labour.
It's better cos when you start your car, it turns on automatically and when you off the car, it switches off in 30 secs. Perfect.
And looks so much neater. I would recommend to go for the widescreen anyday.
