Just checking.. I heard brake noise is quite bad with this EBC brake pad after run in? Is yellow has the least brake dust and better bite? Can it just purely for street use?

so far no noise for my ctr(2nd sets already). yellow meant for track use unless you r using those Dixcel fs rotor(can tahan high temp) to match with your yellowstuff. If not your stock rotor will need for replacement faster than ur pads.

so greenstuff good enough for normal sg street drive.

I used to have EBC rotor slotted and red stuff pad on my old ride. My take; good in braking and low dust as rated. The problem I find is rotor lifespan goes thin very fast as well. So maybe it's due to driving and braking style.

My is an 2006 e60 523i. It was a preowned...not such if its stock. How do I know if my rear pads are compatible? Thanks, I just cleared my mailbox.

Yellow is highest dust. But lots of bite. I use for street n brakes super , just waiting to replace stock rotors. Noise is high too, need ice or loud exhaust to counter it.
