BMW F10 520i came in to rebuild his ZF8 Gearbox.
We discovered metal shavings during the 1st transmission fluid change which was very unusual. After a few months if driving, there were slippage and we thought it is time for the rebuild.

BMW E90 320i came in with a transmission error. Owner opted to rebuild the gearbox so that it can last for the next 4 1/2 years.
Clutches were very worn and the seals were hardened. As we were trying to service the valvebody, we also realised it is not serviceable as the seals were also hardened.

BMW E90 320i came in with a "Transmission Error". Ride is 12yr old and over 200,000km. Owner accepted out recommendation for a full rebuild.

BMW E70 X5 came in for a full repair. As we work on the ride, we found more issues and we tackled each problem one at a time.
As owner decided to rebuild the gearbox, we proceeded but found out that there was a visible crack on the gearbox housing which was causing a leakage. The damages to the housing were likely caused by a broken driveshaft during the time of previous owner. Luckily we were able to get it all sorted.
There was also issues with the rear air suspension. The rears will sink down after parking overnight. We test and checks to make sure it was in perfect condition when we handled over to the owner.
