Depending on the customer volume.
Usually you 1) order thru the speaker/mic , 2) pay at a booth then 3) collect from the 3rd location - during peak hour
Other times with less customer will be 1) order thru the speaker/mic and 2) pay and collect from the 3rd window at the same time

depends on the location of the drive through. At some drive through you got to pay first, some you pay and collect at the same place.
