Sent car in for service on saturday morning. Learnt that oil was found in coolant.
Traced to damaged oil heat exchanger. Parts was not so easily available but they manage to find it.
Repair was time consuming as whole cooling system need to be flushed a few times to clear the oil. Was told can get car only on monday afternoon cos of flushing.
Surprise they work on sunday to complete it. Great customer service.
To top it, tony and wife came and pick me up from home and brought me to ws to collect.
Much appreciated.
