Hi everyone,

update, just found out today that the GPS Mount I got from East gear is OUT OF STOCK, so if you want a mount you will have to get it from Kuda, unless someone can find a cheaper alternative. Thanks.. Sorry if you didn't get it in time.. I guess, it must have been popular since it went out of stock.

I found this on Amazon (US$9.95):

This is probably a cheaper option compared to the Kuda GPS Mount (US$29.50)...

bringing up this thread. i was at the IT show yesterday and was contemplating to get a GPS with the live traffic update. however, as the TMC cradle needs to be connected to power, this means the typical friction mount won't work for me unless i can stand the messy wiring from the dash to the arm console.

any recommendation for installers that are able to do a neat wiring job from the dash to the console or i'll probably kill the GPS thought.

I don't think it fits.. its specially made for the E90.. but if you go to the website to check there might be another model which fits for The E82..
