Hi, I saw a few 320i install with the gps on the dash board above the aircon. looks quite neat. anyone can share where to have it installed? is the power cable run inside the dashboard? those who install Pls share and thanks .

You can get the BMW GPS (Garmin white-labeled) from PML. It is integrated with your car audio system so it mutes the music when the GPS gives instructions.

I don't have it myself but met a bro who did.. he loves it. Think about $500+ including installation.

I cal PML and they told me it take 2 days to fit the thing and it cost $1100 plus..its it true..?

Wow! That I didn't know. The bro I spoke to said he got it down for $500+ by PML. Didn't tell me how long, but 2 days sounds long, and $1,100 is crazy. Might as well buy Garmin (

I cal PML and they told me it take 2 days to fit the thing and it cost $1100 plus..its it true..?

you can just buy a retail garmin gps and get shops to fix it for you.. its neat too.. just that dun have the integrated audio connectivity..

My worry to buy outside is need to drill hole and the cabling issue...any good shop to rec??

Search harder lah. There are a number of ppl who have done it w/o dril hole. It is hard wire.

ya correct.. i've seen a few threads by people who have DIY-ed.. looks professional and well done..
