Your mom? Really? For her form 6?

Dunno... this was like frigging before Merdeka era. My mother has long since passed away, but she was a Penang girl, back when Singapore and Malaysia belonged under the same flag. That's also why I have such fond memories of Penang... for what it's worth, it'll always remind me a little bit of my late mom :) - and that's with good memories too :)

The only similarities with Penang food outside of the island is the name - taste totally different
