I'm now driving a VW rocco and is comtemplating of getting an X3 which is more convenient for my new born.

get the new X1. X3 is due for a change liao.

but the X1 PML is bringing in is only a 4 cylinder 1.8L.

You are right, but 1.8L on a X1 don't really make sense to me? That was why X3 came into consideration, besides my wify juz loved that ride... Btw what changes should I be expecting on an X3?

everything basically. a completely new model. but wun be out till a yr later. sriously no point buying the outgoing model. vry very dated.

1 more post to go for u before independence. hehe

Thanks! I see a lot of nos. like E89 and E90, does that refer to the variant of a certain model?

thats right. they r code names. E90 is 3 series sedan. E89 is the new Z4.

x3 is E83

Welcome.

Rocco is nice, what did u get? 2.0t or 1.4t? Colour? Many Roc's on sale now.

X3 is a good choice, big big diff from roc in terms of drive.

I'm driving the 2.0L. Grey.. I do hope if I do buy the X3, I would able to chipped up the ECU and accessories to play around....
