Are you referring to the white EP3 with the orange and black vinyl racing strip design? Because that one is heavily stripped. Any EP3 running 2:34s would require a full strip down in addition to slicks. The cage, suspension...

Securitisation involves pooling assets and package it into securities. For instance, instead of selling Junction 8, Tampines Mall, and Funan Mall separately, Capitaland securitised them and packaged them as a REIT and sold to investors. Investors yield rental income. Capitaland became managers instead of owners. Best of all, it will not incur a huge discount as compared to a piecemeal sale.
