I dun like Mourinho, but between the two definitely him lah. Del Bosque's club managerial record sucks, winning less than 50% of his games when he managed Real Madrid & Besiktas. Think he's like Scolari can only manage national teams.

Roy Keane. At least when he's playing dirty he doesn't do it sneakily. Vieira the nincompoop sneaks up behind players off the ball and kicks them, forgetting that there are a million cameras trained on him in the modern game.

Evra. Heinze is too "all or nothing" - every time he tackles or clears a ball, he does it with such conviction that he falls or rolls over. If he doesn't succeed in getting the ball, the opposing player is ho sei liao. Evra will stay on his feet and make things difficult to the end.
Plus, Evra is just better going forward as a wing-back and scores too... well, used to score more frequently than Heinze lah.
Compare when they were both 18 yrs old:
