hair line crack on rim

Hi everybody,

I realized my car steering wheel wobbles abit when I am traveling slow. I was told by the workshop that two of my wheels are cracked.

Is it possible to get it repaired in Singapore?

Any kind soul here can direct me in the right direction?

Its a original AC Schnitzer Type II

My 2 cts: It is probably possible to get it repaired but i'm not so sure if it's advisable. Maybe for the short term, but ultimately, might be better to look for replacements in the meantime. Cracked rims is quite serious imo.

Look for the expert in RIM - TOP93 Ah Yang would be a great help.
Give him a call - 9722 0093

I trade in my 335 stock 18" rim w P-ZERO new rubber, just a few days back.
Maybe you could take my good cond set from him at a good price.
Just ask him for it. If you need, I could give him a call for you.

AC Type II is old, plus it is not forged.

Any crack means wheel structure has been compromised.

You guys r right. Its safer to change the rims. Interested in the HRE designs but sadly they Dun come in 17 inch

I am running on H&Rs springs with Koni adjustable struts. Previous tyre profile was 225/45/17

Well, they are brand new when i bought them from Performance Motors in 2004.
