Just thought of sharing.
A few days ago just collected long-waiting ride for aesthetics do over from workshop.
Decided to give my baby a protection coating on the new paint, and went down to Revol, today on waiting list.
Got a call from them that some owner, gave up the slot, and was informed that I can go over today.
Met Gavin and he has performed a wonderful job by;
1. Surveying, walking around my ride explaining in detail of what services, and expected end results (yet not pushy on sale).
2. Provided extra touch with courtesy car, which was available at that time (not even asked).
3. Given reasonable quote for the services choose, with some perks.
4. When car was about ready for collection, a 30 - 45 minutes pre-finishing call was received.
Team;
-Everyone knows what they are doing, and sequence of the entire process was perfect.
-Any defects on car was informed by team during each individual process, and this information was related to the owners.
Great Job, and well done Gavin and Team, hope you guys maintain the standard.
I have been looking for such grooming and detailing services, and finally I conclude this was the best I have ever used.
As for the finishing, I think I don't have to elaborate.
