Help!!! Active Steering Faulty!

Got this above problem showing on my Idrive. Went to euro-asia, they quote me 6k to change the steering. What is the solution i can do now other than changing the steering wheel?

dun think active steering fault can be resolved just changing steering wheel.

Maybe its just the steering angle sensor. Get it re-calibrated first and see if its still there. Doubt you need to change the steering mate.

Change the steering wheel for what purpose? i don't think steering wheel is the issue....
