Press the M button and hold it for a few seconds until it lights up then press either 1 or 2 to set the memory. Remember to set everything first before doing this.
Side mirror tilt to the ground? Did it happen when u put the car in reverse gear? If yes then push your mirror selector switch ( the one u push to select left or right for mirror adjustment) to the left side and it will not happen again.
If above don't work, then may have some problems with the car since the mirrors are not supposed to move (other than folding) after you off engine
