help needed

[Help Needed]

Hi all,

I know this might be a long shot but I am desperate enough to give it a try.

My car has been knocked from behind by a BMW along Upper Changi Road today(09/03/2011). Upon exiting my car, I did not notice any visible damage on my bumper. I shook hand with the driver and moved on.

However, the whole bumper came off later in the evening and I noticed it while pumping petrol.

All I can remembered of the BMW is the license plate number is 8082. Could the owner be in this forum and anyone who knows the owner drop me a message?
