Help: Not engaging lower gear when reduce speed

I have this problems for months and it's annoying now. When I run with moderate speed (70-90km/h) and does a abrupt brake for a corner or stopping and then speed up again. It seem like the gear cannot change and then the transmission warning light show up.

when the transmission warning light is up, it get stuck in 3th or 4th gear and does not have any torque when car is slow

eh....when was the last time u changed your transmission fluid bro?

I just got it change...You guess right. trans oil is clean but seem like it is leaking somewhere. Change the filter, gasket and fill up. Problem solved for now.
