Help! Tiny tears on leather seats - how to repair?

I've got some scuff marks on the back rest of my seat probably due to my jeans rubbing against it when I'm getting into the car. There are very small tears but only obvious if I look closely.

I'm afraid that it'll get worse and worse. Does anyone know who can fix this? My seats are red leather on a E92 LCi. TIA!!
