Not Bad

I think this is very good. It really depicts some of the feelings of those who have served long time and is at the crossroad of the next phase of life. It's a very clever plot to use a third party (in this case Raj) to convey the main actor thoughts. In a short 10 mins, you get to understand and sympathize with Teck.
