Remember, later when u go airport, at the checkin counter, ask the ground staff for the miles high club application form.
Fill it up when u are free while onboard, then, pass it to e crew.
They will mail it for u...

ASK AND YOU WILL RECEIVED, SEEK AND YOU WILL FIND......

ASK the ground staff upon checkin.....SEEK the crew onboard for assistance in filling up e form...then, FIND the mail box......
