first test drove the q5 when launched.... car shifts flawlessly... put the car in reverse... wah piang... takes an entirety of like 2 seconds to find the gear.
hearsay PA now sells q5 with tiptronic.... not S-tronic (DSG).... dun ask me why?!

I had a lexus rx300 from lexus.... drove that thing like I stole it... every traffic light wanna chiet taxi uncle....car was kinda literally problem free for 5 years, after 5 years...every other month go see car doctor...
we have a lexus rx350 at home, not used to the size....its a monster... as wide as F10.... nice engine, nice built...but hate the new look... nose / front look like a boxer's punched in nose. backside looks like 2 designers designed it... 1 did the top half in angular form, the other the bottom half in more fluid form... very dissected look

current lexus rx looks like SH!t IMHO
the infiniti FX suv.... very fresh take on traditional look of SUV.... I intentionally left out NEW cos although it is new to Singapore market, it is quite an old design.
I cannot fault toyota's reliability.... those things are rock solid... but design leaves much to be desired.
steering feel very wooden.... dead fish... no response... a bit like audi cars.....
