Hello, I'm new to this forum. Used to drive a mitsubishi. Currently driving a BMW 1 series(E82). As just got the car not long, hoping to seek advise.

It depends on what you want, your budget and your driving patterns. Do you push your car hard all the time and need the additional stopping force? Or do you drive normally but just want that 'bling' factor?

I think I got you... my feedback - u r not driving Mitsubishi, of course the Site Sponsors u dont recognise thus dont like.
I also think I do not get you - Care to explain what you meant above (in red)?

Hmm.. I intend to use back the caliper. But the rotor is gone already. so intending to change. But however, i have nvr change a rotor, therefore asking for opinions as in recommended brand to compliment the stock rotor. Currently my car stock rotor is using bmw performance brakes. I drive relax normally, only go for faster drive in the weekends. Thanks!

In that case, would u consider the rotor disc below? It is from BMW Performance. I m using it and I ordered from Munich Automobile, also one of the Site Sponsor.

FYI: Was advised to change to new pads to match too.

Alternatively the cheap slotted+drilled version of standard Zimmerman rotors... But I heard the bramble disks are just slightly more expensive but much better.

Welcome to this wonderful BMW enthusiasts community! I am sure you can find lots of useful info and learn how to enjoy your ride more but you should always try to google the topics you are looking for with BMWsg in your search content. Cos hearsay most of the topics/questions would have been discussed and answered on this forum already.

IMO since you are already on BMW performance brake kits and intend to keep them, i think it is better to stay with the BMW performance rotors and brake pads (recommended to replace the pads too). My 2 cents. Our stie sponsors' WS can supply and install the replacement parts you need. Just call them to check.
