Hi, Sorry to hear about this problem. When it has just been installed, you might get it one time. But it should not re-occur. Should error message persists, ask installator to check / ensure proper power supply tapping. good luck

Normal for me to get the message all the time now with the camera recording during parking mode and it has a cut off function if below certain voltage.
I was told to install a separate battery pack to solve this issue.
Obviously top up $$ for it which i dont want to and choose to live with it.
I try to switch off the camera when i go for overseas trips just in case.
Once u turn off and restart the engine again, the message will disappear.

The fuses under the dashboard are designed to be 'on' constantly. The fuses in the boot are synced with the ignition (no power if ignition is off). Your vendor is probably not a bmw specialist and couldn't give a rat's ass....

The problem is that the cut off voltage is 12v ......... The ride's battery guard feature kicks in before the cut off ........

Please read the fuse map before tapping ...... Don't tikam tikam go and tap from the DSC fuse or something else .....

Every fuse has an Amp rating - your cam also have - please take note as it's quite troublesome to reset the circuit violation counter.
