That front lip, locals do not carry.

I ordered mine from Schmiedmann back in 2012. Description is: Frontspoiler-lip Kerscher genuine carbon for M-Technic Frontspoiler. Product number: 3039501KER

The specific page to the front lip is located here = Schmiedmann - Equipment/styling - outside for BMW E82 - New parts - page 4 (sample picture is a red E82)

It has 8x holes for a direct screw on to the M-Technic Frontspoiler.
