SINGAPORE: Two people were injured in a traffic accident at the junction of Serangoon North Avenue 6 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 on Saturday afternoon.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call at about 2pm about an accident involving a lorry, two cars and a bus.
Upon arrival at the scene, SCDF officers found a man trapped in one of the cars.
They had to use equipment and tools to rescue him.
The man, in his thirties, was conscious and had multiple injuries.
A bus driver was also injured. She felt pain in her right knee and stomach.
Both were sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
