I think so far Maybank got the best Home Loan fixed rate now, correct me if I'm wrong.

Could be, didn't really check out their rates, but so far from experience their rates are reasonable. Recently saw Singapore Finance, quite alright too.

As long as the bank can get cheap SGD source of funds (e.g. from our FD), their housing loan rates tend to be more competitive.

rates only tell one side of picture la. dun be too pulled by the rates. cause even if they give u low rates if cant match valuation also LL..

Guys, those who know me would know I used to be with the Police Force, have since joined a bank doing deposits, investments and home loans. Am not going to mention the bank nor rates here but if anyone is keen on home loans, or is interested in properties at D9, 10 and 11, please drop me a pm or give me a call.
