too many effective measures and if the island is still gearing up for the targeted population, chances are slim is the mass market property will wean..
i am watching when the Sky habitat is going to fair out... developer is not blinking yet? agents there kpkb waste time slow sales and pushing other property on their hand instead.. funny!

same old same old story for property and coe

1. land scare - singapore is a little red dot
2. more immigration (slower pace only) - to grow the economy and fill up the gap of low birth rate
3. wealth increase - income gap got wider
4. cost increase - what else did not go up except your pay

Prop today are not expensive, Cant compare to 97 because cost of material, labour all went up many folds.
