Depending on your model, some audio shops may have the center panel that fits your ride for sale.
Some need to be customed, depending on your needs as well.

another idea:

I'm actually planning to mount either a slim 7" multimedia player using this mount that other bros in another thread plans to use for GPS holder:

either that, or I may just mount a 7" screen there, plus a 'ghost' auxillary headunit with DVD player mounted in the glove box to play other media, maybe even iPods...

just an idea u all may wana consider.

actualy many other possible alternatives, including many china/taiwan/korean/japanese made ones...

player is not the issue: how to mount and integrate nicely (minimal exposed wire...) is the concern and decision factor.

actually the 'mount' is just a piece of add-on part that you can actually screw on mounts for anything, as long as its not too heavy...
else it'd either drop, or be a hazard in a collision.

so if u want to mount a portable dvd player, jus screw on the mount for the player onto the 'flat' surface of the add-on part.

Else u can also screw on a GPS mount, or even phone mount ...

amazing wat this little 'free-to-screw' surface can do

nope. like to keep the aesthetics, so will keep the original player, and this will be used as a 'display' for videos, reverse cam, navigation, etc. and sound etc. wil still go through the original hu.
