How do you deal with a flat tire without a spare tire?

I think many have changed from run flats to normal tires. How did you or how do you plan to handle a flat without a spare tire?

Normally my tyres will not go totally flat with the aid of TPMS provided not pulling the screw/nail.
And I also keep a can of tyre foam inflator in my car.
If happen in a hot day esp driver side and the inflator can't help,call the tow truck even I got a spare tyre.

Once I drove from Tampines to Bukit Batok (autobacs) on a flat tyre on Sunday ...... 30kmh. Got tyre replaced after 1.5 hours of a drive.

The part that really pissed me off is the the tyre of all places burst while I was in the entry into Tampines mall car park. The entire time of going down slope in that tunnel - scraped my bumper on the wall all the way down to B1.

Steering wheel no matter how you turn no use. One of those lan lan moments.......

I bought those foam that you can spray into the tyres. Save me once already this year. But the nail or whatever cause the deflation must still be in the tyre so the foam forms a seal around the hole. Quickly drive to petrol kiosk to pump air.

Had a flat tyre last wk. Only then realise my Ride doesnt not come with spare. Luckily friend help me contact a mobile tyre repair man.

Same for me. This morning front left tyre flat and "heng" managed to patch up @ the nearly tyres shop.

Abit TL when came to know that no spare tyre for my E60 + no special open nut !!!!

Did you remove your existing weight balancing lead on the rims?

Have driven up NS highway twice without spare tyre, so far no puncture (touch wood)

Fix a flat!! I always carry one in my car..... Never had to use it before though....

Happened to me once but before filling in the air temporary, need to jack up the car. Can travel all the way to the shop to change safely.
