the lil shop's actually below my place.
eyed it abt a year ago but the ah beng beat me to renting it.
its up for rental cos their lease runs out end apr and they aint renewing it.
only bummer thing is perhaps try to iron out some issues with the landlord.
he's quite firm his asking rental, no fitting out period, the original's glass front's missing and needs to be reinstated by the tenant, the air con etc...
dun worry, there's kopi shop and zhi char a few units away.....ask Bro Centurion9990, Brobot or the bros who been to my place and modded their rides there.
i am not a fan of sin ming or ubi, preferring the feel of the city....something cosy, showroom like instead of the hardcore workshop environment.....besides, alot of my customers either work in CBD area or some come mod while they are nearby, eg cos wife shopping at orchard etc.
anyway, better not talk too much 1st.....dun wanna get my hopes too high unless i nail down the place. just posting this to share my happy feeling with u guys.....keeping my fingers crossed that things will work out :woowooo:
