How many litre of engine oil for BMW E60 520i?

Hi,

Any bro who can advise the correct amount of engine oil for BMW E60 520i?

When I check the engine oil level using OBC after oil change by Optima Werks, it always display engine oil level too high, but the advisor always say they fill the correct amount.

Can advise?

To my knowledge, its 4.25 litre

yup, maybe they filled 5 litres+. Try to ask them how much did they fill up without informing them that its supposed to be 4.25 litres and hear what they say. Happened to me before but I was experiencing leaking valve seals so the level went down quite rapidly after that.
