got a quick question, sorry for OT : IFone day i happen to keep my e90 for more than 10yrs, will the durability be as good as the e36 cos i notice there are a lot of e36 with more than 150-250k mileage assuming i replace the normal wear n tear parts?

Como, dont forget in some countries, cars are kept for 30,40, 50 years. Your E90 would do 500,000 km's easily. Some taxi's and trucks are over 1,000,000 km and still running

thanks phil.....i will think it shld be ok with the replacement of the wear n tear parts.

but i do feel that e36 has a better duraibility compared to current e90...maybe too much technology and sometimes the car gets tempermental....

wow we same same car but i 385600km ! but seriously E36 si bay ho tong !
I whack the redline almost everyday for pass 6yrs with 280,000km (buy @100000km)
think abt it petrol also alot ; assume average $1.70 x 280,000 divided by 9.5km/litre = $50,105 ! nabezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

this one i doubt so.... the modern BMW is lacking in build quality... and more electronics means more problems too...

for eg... the old S class was a tank... last u many wars...

new S class is spaceship...complicated now... headache later

Thanks, only part i dislike about it is having to use a lint brush on the roof every couple of days!

travel very little cos car is mostly used on weekends. imagine how long it's gonna take to break it in.

yea I'm from singapore. My production date was March 07. Delivery date was 17th April 07. E92 think got some Dec 06 build ones
