The problem is a lot of young people are contemplating buying expensive cars like M3 when they should be working on achieving their financial freedom first. Their priority is wrong. No matter how much one earn, we can always find contentment by buying what we can afford. If someone is thinking of taking a 7 year loan for an M3, he/she is not ready and should revisit the idea maybe 5, 10, 15 or 20 years down the road. When you can afford to buy a few M3s without breaking a sweat, that is the right time to buy an M3.

Got financial Freedom or No Financial Freedom when get cancer also die within few months. Not saying no need for prudence, but rating Financial Freedom as THE MUST HAVE thing is sometimes over-rated.

Is it so unbelievable anymore that people around you are dead in their 30s and 40s so suddenly?

It is possible to enjoy life to the max and still have financial freedom with careful planning. I know of people in their 30s and 40s having cancer that's why I went ahead to buy my BMW dream car but only what I can afford.

Of course it is a BMW la. All BMW redline at 13,000 rpm. If yours is lower than very likely your BMW is not original, A goods from some backyard factory.
