You can DIY it but need to be careful and not to break the headlamp adjuster.
Imagine the headlamp is facing you and you are changing on you left side low beam bulb. Turn the bulb holder (elbow type brown color) like loosening screw (anti-clockwise) but less than 1/4 turn then slowly pull out, due to the o-ring on the bulb holder you need some strength. If possible hold the headlamp reflector tight before applying force to pull it out to prevent accidential break of the adjuster when you miss cue.
